- The stage 3 has been proven to be an excellent camshaft choice for cathedral port headed 5.7's and 6.0's utilizing a wide range of different turbos. It works well with units as small as a Precision 7275, and as big as the 88mm S400's from Borg warner.

Texas Speed's 4.8L/5.3L Stage 3 Turbo Camshaft is specifically designed for smaller cubic inch motors such as the 4.8/5.3 when using single or twin-turbos. This camshaft will still have good street manners, but make more high RPM power and have a stronger idle lope compared to the Stage 2 camshaft. This is a great turbo cam for smaller engines that have a 3000 rpm converter to get the turbo spooled, and will have a nice lope at idle in 5.3L and smaller engines.
